[job_card.job_description]6+ years of experience in UX / UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product work. Proven experience designing for web and mobile applications, ideally in an eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing environment. Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and analyze customer research projects. Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. Proficiency with prototyping and testing tools (e.g., InVision, Maze, UserTesting.com). Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders. Experience collaborating in agile product development environments.
We are seeking a Senior UX / UI Designer to play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences. This individual will not only craft high-quality designs but also lead customer research initiatives and establish a scalable design system to ensure consistency across our digital ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver experiences that delight customers and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct end-to-end customer research projects, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies.
- Translate research insights into actionable recommendations that directly inform product strategy and design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs across responsive web and mobile platforms.
- Establish, maintain, and evolve a design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across digital products.
- Partner with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented with a high degree of fidelity.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring their voice is integrated into every stage.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
