NURSE PRACTITIONER OPENING
Plano, TEXAS
POSITION DETAILS:
ØAssist Hospitalists with inpatient evaluations, H&P’s & follow-up visits.
ØInitiate appropriate treatment & testing for medical illnesses.
ØComplete history and physical examinations on all new admissions
ØRound on rehabilitation patients including long term acute care patients
ØDocument using EMR system.
ØParticipate in continuous quality improvement processes.

ØTexas licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
ØACLS certification
