In our 1 : 1 ABA setting, you will be hands-on with children aged 18 months to 8 years, using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive center-based environment. Responsibilities as a Behavior Support Specialist :

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy to assist children with Autism in reaching their full potential by reviewing treatment plans, executing therapy sessions, collecting data, and applying feedback from supervisors during observations.
• Engage children through fun therapeutic activities that promote their development.
• Collaborate with a team to enhance treatment, ensure safety, and create an enjoyable working atmosphere.
• Connect with children through play and activities—whether it's running, dancing, singing silly songs, or reading books, your enthusiasm will foster a joyful environment.
• Communicate effectively and positively with stakeholders, including peers and families, to coordinate activities and celebrate successes.

Job Requirements :

You will complete the RBT certification within 20 days of employment by passing a 40-hour training curriculum, hands-on competency assessment, registering for an exam, and passing the exam.
