Position Title: Production Assistant

Wage: $16.50/hour

Shift: 2nd or 3rd

Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00am

Production Assistant Responsibilities:

- Assist in the operation of production machinery and equipment under the guidance of senior production staff

- Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications

- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in production methods

- Complete production-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner

- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets and deadlines

- Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements for Production Assistant:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

- Basic understanding of production processes and machinery

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
