Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the North American Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sales team, providing coaching and mentorship
Develop and implement territory plans to achieve sales targets
Own a personal sales quota and drive new business acquisition while supporting team goals
Key Requirements :
Proven experience in sales management within a growth-stage or scaling company
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams
Advanced skills in territory planning and sales strategy execution
Deep knowledge of sales technology platforms, including Salesforce.com and others
Strong track record of acquiring new business and managing a sales team
