The Fiber Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support while working directly with our network team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and can manage and prioritize a high-level of diverse and deadline driven tasks. The office is located in Grand Island, NE and due to the nature of this position, remote work is not available for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Support Management and Construction teams by organizing and tracking projects related to engineering and construction
• Create, track, and manage project scheduling spreadsheets and reports
• Maintain, update and upload network documents to Quickbase database
• Track, Order and maintain a complete list of all network materials
• Obtain and track insurance certificates for contractors, and ensure all contractors hired provide proper certificates of insurance for each project
• Manage records which include tracking projects, permit applications, and materials
• Perform other office tasks / other data entry as needed
