Job Details
- This is a 1099 Contract position, perfect for flexible work. You can expect to handle 2-5 service calls each day, with earnings starting at $35 for each completed ticket.
- Your primary focus will be on hardware parts replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
- Pay periods occur every Friday, following your first week of completed tickets.
- A dependable form of transportation is crucial for reaching customer locations.
- Access to a computer and internet is required to log into your service portal.
- Ticket assignments are conducted Monday through Friday. You are required to log into your tech portal by 9 am each workday to accept, update, and schedule your calls.
- Your tasks will include contacting customers to confirm on-site service windows.
- Parts will be supplied by the manufacturers and can typically be picked up at FedEx each morning. Additionally, you will receive shipping labels and materials to return removed parts.
