The Store Manager is accountable for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, merchandising standards, store operations, and the training and development of the entire staff.

Supervises : Co-Manager, Assistant Manager, Key Holder, and Store Associates
Essential Functions
People Development
- Recruitment & Retention : Network, recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-quality management and associates to fill store profiles and support succession planning.
- Performance Management : Set annual goals, administer performance reviews, and develop all direct reports.
- Training & Development : Train, develop, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching on product knowledge, selling skills, visual merchandising, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Customer Experience
Customer Service : Ensure an excellent level of customer service is a priority at all times by consistently executing and achieving the Customer Experience through regular assessment, coaching, and follow-up with the team.Leadership : Maintain visibility and lead by example on the selling floor to answer customer questions and support all selling functions.Visual Merchandising : Implement all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.Drive Sales & Profitability
Sales Goals : Meet or exceed profitability expectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.Strategic Execution : Create and execute strategies to maximize store sales and control expenses.Operational Effectiveness
Payroll Management : Meet all payroll expectations.Loss Prevention : Control company assets by meeting all loss prevention measures.Policy Compliance : Execute and comply with all company policies and procedures.Additional Responsibilities

Minimum two years of store manager experience with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results and training and developing a team of individuals.Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.High school education or equivalent preferred.Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds.Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.
