Position Overview

The Director of Data & Analytical Products will serve as the leader responsible for establishing evolving and enforcing the overall data strategy governance architecture engineering and analytics across the organizations IT landscape. This role will drive data innovation ensuring that data becomes a true asset in enabling digital transformation enhancing customer experience improving operational efficiency and supporting decision-making at all levels. To be successful the role will need to unify governance analytics and data engineering under a product mindset driving outcomes adoption and measurable impact across the various business functions.

In-Office : Based full-time at CELSIUS Headquarters in Boca Raton FL

Travel Requirements : This position may require travel up to 25% as business needs dictate.

People Management Responsibilities : Role will evolve over time as business needs dictate. The role will start as an individual contributor but will have the ability to hire staff as required to deliver expected outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience : 8-10 years of experience in data-related roles including 5 years in leadership position. Strong preference for a candidate who has established a data management team.
• Education : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science or a related field.
• Communication : Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
