As the Affiliate Specialist you will :

• Campaign Management : Lead tasks related to affiliate program recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, creation of creative assets, and comprehensive reporting. Ensure program integrity and alignment with client objectives.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization : Develop and implement effective strategies and tactical plans to achieve client goals. Oversee the execution of these plans to ensure success and client satisfaction.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze program data to identify opportunities for growth and pinpoint issues needing resolution. Use insights to drive program optimization and enhance performance.
• Collaboration : Craft and maintain relationships with a diverse set of publishers. Ensure constant communication and optimize relationships with credible publishers to maximize program success.
• Client Communication : Act as a regular point of contact for clients, addressing strategic and account questions. Participate actively in weekly client calls and manage follow-up communications effectively.
• Strategy : In partnership with Sr leader, develop and implement a long-term affiliate marketing strategy and vision that aligns with the brand's overall goals, ensuring sustainable growth, brand visibility, and the expansion of high-impact partnerships.
