[job_card.job_description]This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Assist elderly or disabled individuals with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, etc.). Perform light housekeeping such as making beds, laundry, and meal preparation. Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or supervisors. Maintain a clean and safe home environment for patients. Provide education and support on nutrition, cleanliness, and household activities. Travel within the Colorado Springs area to visit assigned patients. Education : High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance : Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Active CNA certification (State of Colorado). CPR certification required. Reliable transportation and valid car insurance required. Preferred : Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) or PointCare documentation systems. Must demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

- Payrate : $23.49 / hr
- Required Availability : Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Days, 40 hours per week

The Home Health CNA role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy working independently while making a real impact on patients’ daily comfort, health, and well-being. You’ll be part of a collaborative home health team supporting patients with daily living activities — and keeping them safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes.
