Delivers exceptional service by operating the hospital's multiple-line telephone system quickly to relay all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls to the appropriate destinations without delay. Monitors all emergency alarms, performs overhead and / or digital paging, and activates the emergency notification system when directed.
