Corporate Development Executive

A company is looking for a VP of Corporate Development responsible for steering the organization's strategic trajectory and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement corporate development strategies aligned with company objectives

Lead the strategic partnership, alliances, and M&A process from sourcing to execution

Provide strategic insights to the executive team and manage relationships with key external partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 15 years' experience in transactions and deal execution with strong financial acumen

Demonstrated experience in business planning and project management

Strong background in banking, consulting, or related industries, particularly in diagnostics or healthcare

Proven track record in identifying and executing successful strategic partnerships and M&A transactions
