Our client in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end ESI lifecycle projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise across major eDiscovery review platforms and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while providing exceptional communication and client support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee full ESI lifecycle management across collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for case strategy, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage eDiscovery projects utilizing platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, XERA, and iConect .
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely processing and accurate data handling.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and reporting to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Support case teams with workflow planning, best practices, and platform expertise.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 35+ years of eDiscovery project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Relativity and at least one of the following : Reveal, XERA, iConect .
  • Strong understanding of the ESI lifecycle , data processing, and review workflows.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent matters.
  • Proven ability to maintain organization in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

    • Additional Details :

  • Hybrid schedule (onsite in Philadelphia several days per week).
  • 6-Month Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
  • Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on case demands.
