Minimum 2 Years of work experience in customer support. NOTE : This is not an IT role. Entry level Full-time Design, Art / Creative, and Information Technology Industries Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing
Responsibilities
- White glove, first class customer support
- On site customer support, as needed
- Managing and organizing all open and past service tickets
- Timely resolution of customer issues.
- Evaluating, troubleshooting, and servicing product
- Maintaining product inventory, including assuring all products have current firmware, and are complete with accessories and packaging
- Performing Quality Assurance testing of outgoing orders
- Providing pre-sales engineering support for internal and external clients
