We're hiring for three development tracks in Fort Wayne, all reporting to the Director of IT :
RPG DeveloperC# / .NET DeveloperJava DeveloperYou'll work daily alongside network specialists, PC techs, cybersecurity experts, and field engineers to build, enhance, and support mission-critical applications.
Core Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable codeMaintain, troubleshoot, and optimize legacy and modern codebasesImplement integrations (APIs, message queues, file feeds) between core systems, third-party platforms, and mobile interfacesParticipate in code reviews, QA cycles, and continuous improvement initiativesWrite and update SOPs, technical documentation, and release notesProvide occasional after-hours support for system upgrades or critical incidentsTrack-Specific Qualifications
RPG Developer
1+ years designing and maintaining RPG / ILE applications (Baseline Softane experience a plus)Familiarity with IBM iSeries architecture, DB2 file structures, and CL scriptingExperience building or consuming RESTful APIs on IBM i platformsC# / .NET Developer
2+ years in C# / .NET Core application developmentExperience with distributed systems, SQL Server, and API designOptional : UI framework experience (React, React Native, Flutter)Java Developer
2+ years in Java SE / EE developmentProficiency with Spring Boot (or similar), Maven / Gradle, and relational databasesExperience creating and securing RESTful web servicesCross-Track Skills & Attributes
