Assembler - Wolf Appliance - 1st Shift

Description

The Assembler position will support department goals regarding quality and quantity of production in a safe and respectful manner. Specific tasks may vary at different workstation assignments and as different product models are manufactured.

Responsibilities :

• Assemble parts per work instruction into high quality product utilizing tools and fixtures
• Utilize test equipment to ensure product is assembled correctly per quality expectations and other standards
• Visually inspect parts and product for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, pinched wires, etc.
• Utilize workstation computer to read schedule, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, scan parts into inventory software, etc.
• Adhere to safety standards
• Uphold quality expectations
• Train employees on procedures and techniques
• Assist in defining work instructions
• Housekeeping and workstation organization tasks
• Other duties as assigned

This position requires a pre-employment drug / alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. Preferred

Familiarity with small hand tools 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
