Disruptive Process Solutions is a technical process engineering firm specializing in the food and beverage sector. We deliver design, engineering, and project management services for clients from concept to commercial operations.

Role : Sr. Project Manager – Beverage Manufacturing

Location : Raleigh, NC (Hybrid, some remote work)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Responsibilities :

  • \tLead beverage manufacturing capital projects from concept to commissioning
  • \tOversee installation, validation, and ramp-up of beverage processing and packaging equipment
  • \tEnsure projects comply with FDA, USDA, and food safety standards
  • \tPartner with maintenance teams for preventive and predictive maintenance planning
  • \tManage project budgeting, timeline, and cross-functional teams
  • \tDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence in beverage production

Qualifications :

  • \tBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • \t7+ years of beverage manufacturing project management
  • \tHands-on experience with filling, packaging, and utilities in beverage production
  • \tExpertise in maintenance, equipment commissioning, and regulatory compliance
  • \tStrong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • \tPMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred

    • Physical & Travel Requirements :

  • \tAbility to work on-site and travel up to 40% as needed
