Job Summary :

5 Star Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Float Caregiver to join our team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The successful candidate will provide individualized care to our clients in their homes. As a Float Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, gaining valuable experience and building relationships within the community.

Compensation & Benefits :

Responsibilities :

• Follow individualized care plans for clients, including but not limited to personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Assist with tasks related to daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor
