[job_card.job_description]Lead all store operations to drive sales, profitability, and outstanding customer service Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of assistant managers and sales associates Set daily, weekly, and long-term goals to meet or exceed financial and operational targets Execute business strategies and local marketing efforts to increase revenue and customer engagement Maintain operational excellence in inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and loss prevention Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Monitor and analyze sales metrics (UPT, ADS, conversion), and take proactive actions Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee development Communicate regularly with Area Managers and internal teams to align on priorities and performance Take ownership of budget management and store expense control Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives as needed Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of retail sales & customer service leadership experience preferred Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and exceed goals Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with financial statements, payroll budgets, and performance metrics Tech-comfortable : proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher), POS systems, inventory / order software, and video conferencing tools Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, training, or store support Able to meet physical demands of retail including lifting up to 40 lbs., standing / walking for extended periods, and occasional ladder use
