Key Responsibilities
Manage and track employee benefit cases, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments and changes, while maintaining accurate records
Support benefits billing by coordinating with accounting and vendors to ensure timely payment processing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a benefits analyst role
Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
