Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities :

  • Administrative support
  • Onboarding & offboarding
  • Employee records management
  • Compliance & reporting
  • Employee benefits information
  • Payroll assistance
  • Recruitment support
  • Training & development

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems; Workday, Unifocus preferred, not required.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

    • Salary : $28.80 to $36 hr.
