Role Overview :
Hybrid role combining construction estimating and full project life-cycle management. Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and leading projects from Pre-construction through closeout to ensure quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed and competitive construction estimates
- Analyse drawings, scope, and specifications to determine requirements
- Solicit / evaluate subcontractor & supplier bids
- Create project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Manage project execution, progress, documentation & closeout
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers & field teams
- Monitor costs, manage change orders & ensure quality / safety onsite
