Project Scheduler

We are representing a well-established General Contractor with a strong presence across Texas that is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join its growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This individual will play a key role in supporting large-scale commercial projects, partnering closely with operations and field teams to develop and manage detailed project schedules. Projects typically range from $20 million to $300 million across sectors including aviation, education, industrial, mixed-use, and data center construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 .
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure schedule accuracy and adherence to milestones.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Support project leadership in progress reporting, forecasting, and recovery planning.
• Contribute to process improvements and the continued growth of the project controls function.
