- Responsible for updating correct product images, item numbers, product descriptions, pack sizes, and vendor tags on website
- Upload National, Regional, and promotional campaigns using shared merchandising calendar
- Leverage graphic designers and product specialists to procure images needed for online merchandising campaigns and individual product images
- Monitor product availability ensuring proper in stock conditions for campaigns and complete product catalog
- Assist with managing promotional placement by understanding customer behaviors and customer trends (Home page, landing pages, product pages, and campaign pages)
- Work closely with Marketing, Category Management, Purchasing, and Sales Analysts supporting overall merchandising strategy
- Support merchandising strategy for linking across all digital channels including web, e-mail, and social media
- Assist in optimizing search results to increase order value and increase unique placements
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in related discipline with specialized leadership training and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and education
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role in a related environment.
- Proficiency in office suite and retail management software, such as MS Word and Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUPS)
- Knowledge of retail strategies and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
