A company is looking for a Dispatch Specialist I to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Utilizing systems to monitor workflow and assign work to qualified technicians

Evaluating and reassigning work to available technicians as needed

Contacting customers to schedule, reschedule, or confirm appointments

Required Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education with relevant experience

2+ years of related experience

Ability to prioritize with good time management skills

Strong customer service background

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and PC skills
