The Job:

Outside Sales Representative – Residential Services

Location: Boise

Pay: $50,000 – $120,000/year (base + uncapped commission — the better you are, the more you earn)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time (no nights, no weekends unless you want to make more)

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Be a creative hunter, building relationships within the residential community
• Identify pest issues and offer real solutions — no gimmicks, just value
• Educate folks on our services and how we can protect their homes
• Close the deal and keep building your territory
• Work your route like it’s your own business

Requirements:

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Grit, self-motivation, and a thick skin — you know how to handle rejection and keep going
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (5 years’ experience behind the wheel)
• Must be 21 or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or GED
