The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of  Family Care and delivering high-quality care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping others and wants to contribute to a close-knit medical community.

This need is for their Internal Medicine Clinic  for Primary Care Services.

This facility will not consider any "local" traveler - who resides within 50 miles of facility

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE TRAVELER IS COMFORTABLE DRIVING  IN WINTER WEATER AND HAS OWN TRANSPORTATION BEFORE SUBMITTING  AS THERE IS NO RIDE SHARE AVAILABLE  IN THIS AREA

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.

NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Non-billable orientation : 8hrs
