Information Security Engineer

A company is looking for an Information Security Engineer for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Engineer and operate modern security platforms, optimizing enterprise-level security tooling

Conduct deep-dive security assessments to evaluate systems and deliver actionable insights

Support and mature core security operations, including malware response and vulnerability management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience

3-5 years of hands-on experience in information security or IT operations, preferably in financial services

Familiarity with modern security tools, frameworks, and standards (e.g., SIEM, EDR, CIS, NIST, ISO 27001)

Experience with identity and access management solutions, such as Okta

Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
