Title : Security Dispatcher

Location : Atlanta, GA

Interview process : One on-site interview

Shift : Monday - Friday ( multiple shift times)

Compensation : $20 - $23.50 hr

Job description :

Security Dispatcher – Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta

Ensure the safety and security of staff, patients, visitors, and property by following established protocols and providing dispatch support.

Responsibilities :

Safety : Follow safety procedures; report incidents promptly.

Compliance : Ensure regulatory and policy compliance; maintain records.

Must haves

• 3+ years of dispatch experience in a law enforcement setting
• Great communication skills & personality
• Experience with platforms like OmniGo, Resolver, NCIC, etc (what platforms have they used / are currently using)
• Experience with CCTV systems (using them not just monitoring)
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
• Ability to think on their feet in a high-pressure situation
• Ability to think critically and proactively
• Great customer service

Physical Requirements :

Lift up to 40 lbs (with assistance for heavier loads).

Standing : Frequent; bending, lifting, pushing / pulling, sitting, walking : Occ

Compensation

$20 to $23.50

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
