Senior IAMDS Section Leader

Integrated Air & Missile Defense Systems (IAMDS) department is seeking a Senior IAMDS Section Leader. IAMDS leads all aspects of systems engineering that drive the development of complex systems to support the Raytheon Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) mission area from our Tewksbury, MA, and Andover, MA locations. This position is onsite in Tewksbury, MA.

What You Will Do :

• Perform day-to-day management of a group of multi-disciplinary system engineers, with the primary responsibility of ensuring that each employee has suitable work assignments and opportunities for growth and advancement.
• Management duties include performance development and appraisal, salary planning, manpower planning, career coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Candidates will contribute to the technical oversight of employees, monitor program execution, and provide radar system subject matter expertise in direct support of program efforts and proposal activities.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
