Who You Are

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Affiliate Marketing to join our team! In this role, you'll make a direct impact on the growth of our affiliate program by managing key partner relationships, identifying new partner opportunities, and supporting marketing campaigns. You'll also own reporting and analytics to track performance, uncover insights, and help optimize strategy, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across partners and internal teams. This is the perfect role if you're passionate about growth, excited by experimentation, and eager to deepen your expertise in affiliate marketing, business development, and analytics all while working with a fun, collaborative team that is critical to the business' success.

What You'll Do

Drive Affiliate Program Growth

• Source and evaluate new affiliate partners and marketplaces, identifying high-value opportunities for growth
• Own outreach efforts from initial contact to conducting discovery calls and partnership discussions
• Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring partners are set up in our CRM with accurate records
• Collect and confirm campaign details (offers, payouts, tracking links, creative) to ensure a seamless launch
• Build strong relationships early on by providing partners with the tools and resources needed for them to be successful

Our team is what makes us great. The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000, depending on your experience, skills, location, and other factors.
