Job Title: Construction Project Administrator

Job Description

The Construction Project Administrator supports project teams in executing external client projects. This position involves communication with Project Managers, team members, clients, vendors, and other support teams to achieve client goals. The role utilizes project management software Procore and supports documentation and communication processes. Administrators provide administrative and document support, communication coordination, and procurement management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with new opportunity processes and proposal coordination.
  • Act as the primary Project Coordinator point of contact on assigned projects.
  • Serve as the Procore Support Coordinator on projects, ensuring effective tool usage and understanding.
  • Support and coordinate activities/processes associated with Procore for local and regional projects.
  • Provide document control support, including preparation, editing, proofing, and storing documents in Procore.
  • Coordinate documentation of transmittals, engineering drawings, specifications, scope of works, and reports within Procore.
  • Support the project team with regular status reporting.
  • Coordinate RFI’s and Submittals for the project.
  • Manage procurement/contracting of Subconsultants and Subcontractors, including updating insurance certificates and assisting with closeout document requests.
  • Assist in coordinating the bidding process, including entering Bid Packages in Procore, following up with contractors, and assisting them through the Procore process.
  • Support Project Managers with project updates to internal leadership and clients, including preparing reports through Project Management Systems.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in construction and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with document control and construction administration.
  • Knowledge of project management, including RFI and construction management.
  • Experience with data entry and filing reports.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Project Administration, Project Coordinator, ACC, Construction.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, and Google Sheets.

Work Environment

The position is onsite in Austin at a Data Center construction site.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
