This is a full-time role for someone who is energetic, proactive, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about helping build a high-performing real estate team.

They are confident, organized, and excited about playing a key role in attracting real estate professionals to the organization.
The right person is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow. They take initiative, manage follow-up with discipline, and consistently demonstrate professionalism. Prior experience in recruiting, inside sales, or real estate is strongly preferred.
- Expected end-of-year earnings : $150,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
Compensation : $150,000 + OTE
Responsibilities :
Source, attract, and onboard prospective real estate agentsCold Calling Real Estate agents at a high levelConduct daily outreach to potential candidates, social platforms, networking, and referralsPresent the organization’s value proposition and career opportunities clearly and confidentlyTrack recruitment metrics and maintain an organized pipeline of candidatesHost or coordinate recruiting events, career seminars, and informational sessionsBuild and nurture relationships with local real estate schools, industry professionals, and community partnersSupport new agents through early onboarding steps and handoff to the training teamMaintain consistent follow-up with both active and passive candidatesCollaborate with leadership on recruitment strategies and talent goalsCommunications & Interactions
Prospective Agents : Daily – outreach, interviewing, follow-upLeadership Team : Weekly – recruitment updates, pipeline reviewReal Estate Schools / Industry Contacts : As needed – event coordination, networkingNew Hires : Ongoing – onboarding guidance and supportQualifications :
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsStrong time management, organization, and follow-up disciplineComfortable making a high volume of calls and holding professional conversationsExperience in recruiting, sales, or real estate preferredAbility to evaluate talent and match candidates to the company’s needsPositive, proactive attitude with a high level of professionalismFamiliarity with CRM systems and online recruiting toolsReal estate industry knowledge is a plusAbout Company
