Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in leading an Applied Behavior Analysis practice

Strong ability to analyze financial statements and advise on growth strategies

Proven track record of meeting performance targets

In-depth understanding of ABA healthcare operations and compliance

Experience in developing actionable roadmaps for operational challenges
