About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Write plans for high volume small cache and logic failures
• Transport dies from preparation labs and debugging lab as necessary and assist in loading and unloading the dies on the equipment for senior engineers
• Aid senior engineers with optical data collection
• Potentially write plans for other failure types
• Handle chip units
• Use fault isolation tools and collect relevant data.
• Interpret nanoprobing data to decide on subsequent steps for failure analysis.
• Establish task flows for the team responsible for failure analysis to follow the instructions.

About You

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with an understanding of device physics and circuit design.
• Practical experience in working with electrical equipment.
• Understand test data for failure analysis on device circuits.
• Experience examining circuit layouts and developing instructions for failure analysis
• Experience with data interpretation and analysis
