CNC Machinist – Aerospace Precision Manufacturing

Location : Wheatridge, CO Pay : $40.00 / hr - $45.00 / hr

Shift : 1st shift

Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00AM-4 : 00PM OR Friday- Sunday 6 : 00AM-6 : 00PM

Job Description :

• Set up and operate advanced 4- and 5-axis CNC mills
• Manufacture tight-tolerance, complex components from aerospace-grade alloys (aluminum and hard alloys)
• Interpret and execute part programs, blueprints, and 3D CAD / CAM output with GD&T
• Perform tool selection, in-process inspections, and adaptive machining adjustments
• Partner with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Follow QMS processes and procedures, including work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00 / hr.
