We are seeking a rockstar Housekeeping Manager for our award-winning private club to oversee our stellar housekeeping team, managing all public spaces and residential areas. Housekeeping Manager Requirements :

  • 5+ years housekeeping experience in a resort, luxury / full-service hotel, or private club
  • Ability to take initiative, identifying needs and opportunities with minimal oversight
  • Excellent guest service and passion for hospitality
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Experience leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team
  • Naturally positive demeanor and energetic approach to work

Housekeeping Manager Duties :

  • Coach and develop a team of housekeeping associates, including hiring, scheduling, and training
  • Develop and implement department SOPs and training initiatives
  • Oversee, audit, and inspect the work of housekeeping associates
  • Manage inventory and implement cost-saving controls
  • Investigate and rectify all housekeeping concerns reported by members and guests
