Job Description:
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma, focusing on the principles of effective design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions scientifically.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly.
• Implement A/B testing to evaluate design choices and optimize user experiences based on data.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency.
• Ensure designs are responsive and work seamlessly across various devices and platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Skills:
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Analyzing user feedback and data to make informed design decisions.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education:
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
