Position Overview The Store Director is the cornerstone of client experience, leading daily interactions, training team members, and ensuring exceptional service. Balancing inventory, scheduling, and administrative duties, the Director fosters employee growth and excellent service.

Responsibilities Communicate and lead new operational initiatives.

Interview and hire team members to meet S+B standards.

Perform tanning or sugaring service shifts as assigned.

Manage store utilization by monitoring demand, labor trends, and adjusting staffing.

Develop and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to build a strong talent pipeline.

Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed.

Ensure compliance with company and State Board cleanliness and organization standards.

Participate in weekly management calls, providing feedback and celebrating successes.

Foster a warm, fun, and welcoming environment for both team members and clients.

Requirements Prior management experience in a retail or salon environment.

Strong passion for the beauty industry (esthetician or cosmetology experience preferred, but not required).

Genuine interest in contributing to company growth and success.

Positive, can-do attitude that promotes collaboration and productivity.
