We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Sr. Director, Global HR Business Partner to lead our global HR Business Partner team and shape the people strategy at Reputation. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving initiatives that enable business growth, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance the employee experience across our global workforce.

Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company values.

Act as a strategic partner to executives and senior leaders, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.

Partner closely with cross-functional HR leaders (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, People Operations) to deliver integrated people strategies that drive business performance.

Champion a people-first, performance-based culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Drive the performance management process, ensuring clear goal-setting, meaningful feedback, and effective talent reviews across the organization.

Oversee employee relations globally, balancing risk mitigation with proactive engagement strategies to strengthen culture and retention.

Lead succession planning, leadership coaching, and development initiatives to build organizational capability and prepare the business for future growth.

Ensure compliance with global employment laws and practices, while driving consistency, scalability, and efficiency in HR programs and processes.

Partner with Talent Acquisition to align workforce planning with business needs and ensure a positive, seamless candidate and employee onboarding experience.

Influence and guide leaders through organizational change, helping teams navigate transformation with resilience and clarity.

Serve as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing and evolving the values that define our company globally.

Qualifications :

12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role supporting executives and managing teams.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Proven experience leading and developing HR teams across multiple geographies.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business objectives.

Strong knowledge across core HR disciplines, including employee relations, organizational design, talent management, performance management, and compensation.

Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills with senior leaders.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
