Will provide financial and operational support to Mills Peninsula Medical Center. Responsible for the financial operations of the entity including but not limited to monthly close, forecasting, productivity, budgeting, performance management, monthly operations reviews, certain revenue cycle activities and capital management.Job Description :

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s in Business, Finance or Accounting
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Solid understanding of supply chain and revenue cycle functions.
Knowledge of budgeting / forecasting, productivity management, and operational finance.
Ability to build strong partnership with operation and key stakeholder.
Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare administration, finance, and operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a robust curiosity.
Current on the trends and issues impacting the healthcare industry including but not limited to managed care, reimbursement, regulations, and laws.

Pay Range is $92.66 to $148.26 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
