Maintenance Superintendent

Position Overview : The Maintenance Superintendent will oversee approximately 16 team members, including 3 supervisors. This individual will lead maintenance operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead a team of maintenance personnel and supervisors
• Provide leadership in electrical and mechanical maintenance, particularly with coolers and conveyor systems
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
