Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team of high-ticket closers, ensuring daily performance and accountability
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team skills and performance
Maintain operational standards and track performance metrics, reporting insights to the Sales Director
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing high-ticket closers or similar sales teams
Strong background in coaching and developing sales talent
Ability to effectively manage a remote team across varied hours and days
