Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements to enhance AI cluster resiliency and design AIOps solutions

Develop automated workflows for issue detection and collaborate with operators on AI cluster problems

Deliver technical presentations, lead demos, and ensure successful deployment and installation processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience

8+ years of networking experience in enterprise or service provider environments

Proficient in scripting and automation using Python or similar languages, with strong Linux expertise

Proven experience in Systems Engineer or SRE roles, working directly with customers

Experience collaborating across teams in operations, engineering, and product development
