Veterinary Receptionist

Burlingame Family Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to support our growing Urgent Care department! In this role, you will be on the front lines of urgent care, supporting client conversations and assisting with triage for urgent cases while maintaining organization and professionalism.

This position is perfect for someone who can stay calm under pressure, think fast, and doesn't shy away from emergencies. If you can balance a steady, caring presence with the urgency these situations require, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule :

This is a full-time position with shifts on Tuesday from 7 : 30 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday from 12 : 30 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m.

Full-time benefits and compensation

• Compensation : $23-25 per hour, for each hour worked
• Shift differential : Additional $2 / hr on weekends and weekdays after 7pm
