About the Role
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks crafted to standard recipes
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and counter areas
- Handle cash / credit transactions and operate the POS system
- Assist with opening / closing duties and daily inventory checks
- Restock supplies and ensure quality control of beverages and ingredients
