[job_card.job_description]Industry Trend Monitoring : Track news and press releases about AI in customer service ; create weekly updates for the marketing team. Sales Enablement Support : Help create internal decks messaging slides and other enablement materials. Launch Support : Assist with product launches by drafting FAQs release notes and other launch materials. Competitive Intelligence : Build out competitor battlecards in our competitive intelligence tool to help our sales and marketing teams understand market positioning. Buyer Persona Research : Research and help refresh buyer personas including demographics psychographics and technology adoption trends. Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. Strong written communication and research skills . Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple small projects. Curious about AI customer experience and B2B technology . Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs Slides Sheets). Familiarity with Crayon or other marketing tools a plus (but not required). Must be able to commute to our San Mateo office within business hours 2x a week. Duration : 16 weeks Part-time : 20 hours / week Compensation : $30 / hour Onsite : 2 days / week at our San Mateo office Impactful projects designed to foster learning and development. Were seeking a Product Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and help us better understand our market support go-to-market initiatives and organize key resources for our sales and customer-facing teams. Youll gain exposure to how a B2B SaaS company positions products tracks competitors and supports sales teams with messaging and content.
- This will be a part-time internship role (no more than 20 hours per week) in-person at our San Mateo office beginning in January 2026
