A company is looking for a Client Service Tech Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage dedicated categories item review and placement in the Unify / UDB platform
Serve as the key point of contact for clients regarding service-related requests or issues
Assist clients by providing report creation and editing services while ensuring timely quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
BA / BS Degree preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests
Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and / or data platforms like Unify, UDB, or Genius Script is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Proficiency in computer software, particularly MS Excel
