This onsite role is ideal for candidates who understand the construction process, know how to navigate warranty service issues, and can communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and subcontractors.
About the Role
As a Construction Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the warranty process from start to finish. This includes logging service requests, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors, ensuring timely resolutions, and maintaining organized documentation. You will serve as a central point of contact for warranty scheduling, follow-up, and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for warranty-related inquiries
Log, track, and manage warranty service requests in an organized and efficient manner
Communicate professionally with homeowners, construction teams, and subcontractors
Coordinate schedules for warranty work and follow-up actions
Maintain detailed records, files, and documentation
Assist with warranty-related reporting and administrative support
Ensure warranty processes are followed accurately and consistently
Handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Required Qualifications
Construction background / knowledge is REQUIRED
Prior experience in construction warranty (not retail / service warranty)
Highly organized with strong administrative and multitasking abilities
Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
Strong professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday (no remote / hybrid options)
Ability to interact with homeowners professionally and confidently
Must pass background and drug screening
